Registration

Do I need an account to buy a pass?


Yes, we invite you to register in order to buy passes and find out uFirst’s latest news and offers. Through your account you will then be able to access and manage your orders from the App.

I forgot my password.


No problem! Select “Forgotten password” from the “Sign In” page and follow the instructions to change your password.

How do I recover my password if I sign in with Facebook?


If you sign in with your Facebook account, you need to reset your password on Facebook. uFirst is in not responsible for the content of any other website.

Do I need to pay to register on uFirst?


No! Registering on uFirst is completely free.


Purchase/Payments

Is my payment secure?


Yes, uFirst uses an online payment system that is internationally recognised and entirely secure. It protects against frauds and unauthorized transactions by encrypting your payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?


uFirst accepts all major international credit cards and Paypal, and guarantees the highest standards of security and control.
Please, read below the full list of accepted payment methods: American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa.

How many passes am I allowed to purchase?


The number of purchasable passes changes depending on the type of service. Please, read carefully each service’s notes before the checkout.

What if my pass is expired?


Each pass is valid for a limited period of time, depending on the specific service. Please, remember to check the expiry date. Unused passes that are expired cannot be refunded nor used after the expiry date.


Pass

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?


Booking is confirmed immediately after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding your pass. If you are a registered user, you can view your pass directly from your app profile. If you don’t get a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or contact support@ufirst.com.

Where do I see my passes?

If you are a registered user, you will find your passes on the “Pass” section of the App.

I entered the wrong date. Can I change it?

uFirst will always do its best to help you and meet your needs. However, not all requests can be satisfied. Contact support@ufirst.com and you will be advised if the change is possible.

Can I cancel my pass?


uFirst will always do its best to help you and meet your needs. However, not all passes can be cancelled. Contact support@ufirst.com and you will be advised if the cancellation is possible.


Promocode

My promocode is invalid


Each promocode has an expiry date, which is clearly written on the promocode itself. Expired promo codes cannot be used anymore.

Where do I insert my promocode?


Promocode can be inserted in the “Promocode” tab of your “Profile” page.
