The number of purchasable passes changes depending on the type of service. Please, read carefully each service’s notes before the checkout.
Each pass is valid for a limited period of time, depending on the specific service. Please, remember to check the expiry date. Unused passes that are expired cannot be refunded nor used after the expiry date.
Booking is confirmed immediately after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding your pass. If you are a registered user, you can view your pass directly from your app profile. If you don’t get a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or contact email@example.com.
If you are a registered user, you will find your passes on the “Pass” section of the App.
